Our First Major Company Redesign

Before this time, we were just a web design company. Building websites for companies to give them some sort of online presence.

This was the first client that we actually aspired to do so much more. They let us into their company which allowed us to entirely evolve their business by redesigning their logo, brand, website, and entire advertising plan.

Transitioning nearly $50,000/yr from traditional media like the phonebook over to online mediums like web development, Google AdWords, and Facebook advertising. Not only did we reduce their overall cost and grow their business, but they are most certainly a life-long client.

As we like to say, this is the first company that we truly evolved, giving actual meaning behind our tag line. We still continue to work with Northtowns on a regular basis to explore additional growth avenues and implement new software/hardware to make the company run more efficiently.

IT Consulting & Support Transition

As the companies of our clients grew, in-part due to our online marketing and web development services, they began needing other services. This is where we saw additional opportunity. Helping our clients solve the new problems that came with growth allowed us to realize that we aren't just web designers. We are problem solvers. This is when IT consulting and support became one of our core services.

Alex Bass President & CEO

Alex has been around and involved in businesses for most of his life. At a very young age he was mentored by a small business owner and tasked with improving their marketing efforts by building custom websites and experimenting with the ever-growing online advertising avenues.

From there, he moved on to helping small businesses identify their inefficiencies and implement productivity software to make them better run and save money.

He graduated from Canisius College on the deans list with a triple major in management, marketing, and entrepreneurship. Since graduating in 2014, Alex continues to stay involved with Canisius as a member of the CEAG (Canisius Entrepreneurship Alumni Group). Here, he mentors students, gives talks to hopeful entrepreneurs, and helps the school evolve the current entrepreneurship curriculum to reflect entrepreneurship in a more hands-on and useful way.

He spends his free time keeping in-touch with his many business mentors from all around the world, as well as keeping up-to-date on business theory, the newest online marketing avenues, web development trends, and cloud productivity software solutions.

Business is his passion and he truly finds pleasure in helping small businesses evolve by moving their workflow into the future and implementing the incredible tools that are being developed each and every day by disruptors in the industry.

With over 30 years of hands-on business experience, he has great knowledge on what works and what does not in the business world.

Business is his life and passion and he enjoys helping small businesses grow and giving talks at local colleges, discussing the depth of knowledge he has learned over the years and what it takes to be an entrepreneur in today's society.
